This home is only 5 minutes to the fast water. Our dock is accessible so bring your boat and enjoy the delta living.
If you don`t have a boat we have a Pontoon rental service with optional boat captaining available. The boat will be delivered right to the dock of the house.

Use of kayaks, waterfront equipments, outdoor water toys, outdoor barbecue grill is at guests own risk. Please use caution, supervise children at all times and follow all safety rules.

The barbecue grill must only be used on the concrete area, away from the home, deck, patio furniture, and flammable items. Guest must turn off all knobs after each use, allow equipment to cool and keep the area clean.
