'My family and I (4 adults, 3 kids) had an amazing time here! The house is lovely, clean, well-equipped, quiet, with views of the magnificent small bay. The beach starts literally at the edge of the enormous house garden and is almost private. I mean, we read the description before coming but we couldn’t believe how true it was! 'Eleni and Pavlos opened their hearts to me and my family and accommodated us in their lovely cottage, the house is two floors and a basement, clean, tidy and tastefully decorated with everything needed for a stay, radiates calmness and within a few hours the calmness affects everyone, the sea at the doorstep of the house is clear and wonderful ( recommended beach shoes because of the small stones, at the entrance to the water, not mandatory) the town with ice cream restaurants and a supermarket...

'We stayed 10 days in May and the setting was both beautiful (the view, the beach) and comfortable (all modern amenities). An hour from Athens is a perfect distance, both near enough and far enough. Agis and Maria were perfect hosts. While we were there the two other apartments were occupied for a few days but the disturbance was minimal. The wifi is also weaker in the evening (but is that a bad thing ?). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Wish we could have stayed a month.'

'We were with 10 persons and have enjoyed the villa very much. A big and great swimming pool, with a perfect temperature. Enough room and bathrooms. Each room was spacious. We requested Panagiotis that Mrs. Xanthi could cook 3 times lunch and dinner for us and she did that wonderfull, we even did not have to do the dishes ourselves. The tennis playground was absolutely faboules and we played that a lot of times. Panagiotis, Mrs Xanthi and Nikos thank you for having us at the villa!'

'Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Zudem in einer wunderschönen Lage, nur wenige Fußminuten bergab vom sauberen, ruhigen Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch Tipps für die Umgebung. Essen gehen kann man bei Bedarf vor Ort oder in Agio Apostoloi. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und freuen uns, wenn wir eines Tages wieder kommen können!'

'Wat een hemelse plek !!! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. 's Morgens wakker worden met zicht op de zee,de bergen en het zwembad, beter kan je je dag niet beginnen. De zee en het strand liggen op 50 meter en meestal ben je er helemaal alleen. Snorkelen in de zee en daarna chillen aan het zwembad, meer moet dat niet zijn. Million dollar view and excellent house in a beautiful region
"We had an amazing stay at this villa. Contact with the owner was quick and friendly. The villa is spacious, feels authentic but also has all modern amenities that you'd need. The swimming pool with shaded area was a real delight, especially during warmer days. The veranda that surrounds the villa let's you sit in the sun or the shade and breeze or no breeze the entire day. It felt very well thought out. The surrounding area is very lush and beautiful and plenty of tavernas in the area with Bakoutis Taverna at 5 minutes drive. Prices are very low and the food is really good. Very friendly locals. But to us the view was the real highlight.The pictures do not do enough justice to how beautiful the view is from the villa at all times and all weathers. A true million dollar view! I'll gladly recommended this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing luxury stay in Evia!"
