'Nice house in good location. WiFi almost unusable due to slow speeds. Kitchen semi stocked, lacking lots of basics (salt, pepper). Nice washer/dryer (no laundry detergent). '

'Great location for outdoors attractions and downtown Moab. My kids were bummed that the complex swimming pool was closed and locked up. The home was clean and spacious enough for our party of six. We loved the second floor deck and the size of the bedrooms. '

'The place was fair at the very best. The couch, love seat and coffee table were all broken. There were broken beer bottle that had been full of cigarette buts broken all over right outside of the porch window. We found at least a dozen cockroaches in our condo. The carpets were not very clean. We had to fight the door lock every single time we used it. The key pad for entry only worked about half of the time and when it did work the door handle itself was wore out and only turned one way....

'The property was super clean and very nicely decorated. Everything that was needed was provided. The studio was in a great location and we were able to walk to many different restaurants to eat and shop. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Ellen & Mike gave us great suggestions on places to eat and they were all amazing. We have been to Moab seven times but this was our best trip ever. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.'
