Cocoonr agency is offering this 40 m² flat for rent in Dinard. It will be tastefully renovated in summer 2025 and is located on the 1st floor with lift in a quiet, secure residence that can accommodate up to 3 people.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The flat combines modern comfort with meticulous decoration. Every detail has been thought of to provide you with a warm, functional and pleasant place to stay. The apartment is equipped with fibre optics and a very fast internet speed, making it ideal for teleworking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality crockery and cutlery. You'll also find plenty of storage space for a comfortable, organised stay.

It boasts an exceptional location, right in the centre of Dinard, just 200 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops and restaurants. The Place des Halles, where the wonderful Dinard market is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than 5 minutes' walk away.

The accommodation comprises

- a separate WC at the entrance
- A bathroom with walk-in shower
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160*200). The bedding is premium quality (25 cm thick mattress). Wall-mounted USB sockets on either side of the bed. Direct access to the balcony.
-A fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including a Nespresso pod coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob (2 burners) with integrated extractor hood...
-The living room has a sofa that can seat 3, plus a small armchair. Connected Samsung TV (you can watch streaming platforms such as netflix or amazon by connecting your personal accounts). Direct access to the balcony.
Please note: the sofa, which doubles as a sofa bed, is located in the living room, which opens onto the kitchen.

- A balcony accessible from the bedroom and the south-facing living room is equipped with a table with 2 chairs and 2 stools.

Transport:

If you are travelling by car, you can park in the residence’s private underground car park. The property has a private garage.
N.B.: ⚠️ Please note that the private garage is not suitable for all types of vehicles, as it may not be wide enough for an SUV (1.80 m wide // 1.87 m high, 4 m long).
