a mobile home not a house
The location is beautiful. Sea view, lots of space around the house. Quiet area. Supermarket and bakery, beautiful surroundings.
But there is a lot to criticize about the house. Actually it is not really a house but a large mobile home.
Thin partitions serve as walls between the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. As a result, it is exceptionally noisy, which also applies to the adjacent living space that is rented out.
The house is rented for 8 people. It is really impossible to stay here with 8 people, not even 6.
There is a lot wrong with the house. The equipment is extremely cheap. Two fronts are missing from the kitchen cupboards, the only (!) hanging cupboard cannot be used because the door is coming off the rails. These were complaints that were already reported in August 2022 (according to a review), but nothing has been done about them.
The table has an unstable leg. Furthermore, lighting on the outside is not finished, as is a shed next to the front door.
The third bedroom is so small that it can just fit a bed, so no storage space. The room is so small that the door can only be opened half way.
It is striking that few photos have been posted on the VRBO website and not at all of the outside of the house. If they had been present, we would have seen that this is only a spacious mobile home.
