Unless the new owners put significant money into restoring this wonderful property to clean impressive status, it will go down in ratings and depreciate right in front of their eyes. 'Great location to walk into town, but off the main road. Charming old Victorian. Lovely large room with brand new bathroom and big shower. Covered porch with view of the water. Charming dining room for breakfast and a nice selection of food. Lively pub next door for dinner (but not noisy).'
