« Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hĂ€tte funktionieren sollen war uns ein RĂ€tsel ! Nach lĂ€ngerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nĂ€chstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die wĂŒrden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in...

« Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die KĂŒche war sogar besser ausgestattet als erwartet und die Kinder haben sich sehr ĂŒber das Kindergeschirr sehr gefreut. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super! Bei Fragen wurde uns immer schnell geholfen. Wir kommen wieder :-) »

« Check in was easy, they worked with us on our late arrival. There are plenty of beds and showers, enough kitchen equipment to make meals. Picturesque setting, beautiful scenery. It was one of our favorite places! There are a few steps to get to and from location, so be mindful if walking is difficult for you. But it was an ideal spot for our big family. »

« The house had the best views possible. The deck and open living room were where my family wanted to spend mornings having coffee and evenings having a drink. Once you understand the train schedule (they basically run every hour) it’s convenient to all the hotspots you want to visit. We had 5 people and it was very comfortable for all of us. »

« We were wanting to explore the Jungfrau region and have a "jumping point" for many towns. We decided on Wengen for its charm, size, reviews & also needed a place to sleep 6 with a washer and modest kitchen. We chose this home due to all of that. It does state in the description it is far from the train station and that it is! You must or I'd highly recommend a taxi to and from the train station with your luggage. « Le chalet est parfait et correspond au descriptif. Il fait un peu frisquet dans le salon le soir. La cheminée est juste là pour faire joli, pas pour chauffer. On peu faire du feu, mais la chaleur s'en va direct par la cheminée. Le parking (box) est trÚs apprécié, pas besoin de gratter les vitres. Pour les courses (par exemple du pain frais le matin) et les excursions il faut toujours prendre la voiture ou le funiculaire à 15 minutes à pied de la maison. »
