« 数日前に予約したのに、それをスタッフが確認しておらず、着いたら1部屋しか用意してもらえなかった。信用出来ないので、次の日に新しい宿を探すことにし、2泊だけ泊まることにした。しかし、次の日も、アパートメントなのに、冷蔵庫もグラスも鍋も皿もゴミ箱もなく、キッチンと空の棚だけがあり、なんの意味もない。挙げ句の果てに、朝食を8時に頼んだが、8時20分になっても来ないので、受付に降りてゆくと、忙しかったけど今からやりますとのこと。来たのは8時40分。その食べたあとの皿は、夕方部屋に帰ってもテーブルの上に置いたまま。勿論、シーツもタオルもそのまま。追加のタオルを頼むと、無いとのこと。スタッフ全員がバイトみたいな若者で、英語も通じにくい、、、。ネパールでこの価格帯で合計200泊ぐらいしてますが、ここまで酷いのは、初めてです。 »

« I had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. « When we arrived theres no room, they sold it to other people, and they choosed another hotel for us to stay, wanted us to pay ourself for the other hotel by canceling the booking by their own without asking us first!! Very bad!! »

"Merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel de charme et au calme au milieu de l’agitation de la ville. Les chambres sont très confortables et décorées avec goût, et le personnel est absolument adorable et très serviable! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
