Entire Lakefront Bungalow Exclusively For You

Located close to Munnar Town
(24 km) and Idukki Arch Dam (30 km), ours is a 4000 sqft spacious waterfront bungalow on a 14 acre farmland set on the slopes of a hill with unobstructed views of the Kallarkutty Dam reservoir. Our bungalow will be ideal for family/friends get-together and for international travelers looking for a perfect getaway. We're also open for business travelers and have high-speed internet and other amenities.
The space
The bungalow features two spacious living room along with indoor and outdoor dining area and a full indoor kitchen. All three master bedrooms are spacious (around 200 sqft) and fully furnished with bathrooms attached to it. The fourth bedroom with Queen Bed is also bath attached but is smaller compared to the other three. The fifth bedroom is small with a single bed and has no attached bathroom.

Please note that the rooms will be alloted on a twin sharing basis. For eg. if you are 6, only three bath-attached bedrooms will be provided. But the house will still be exclusively yours.

If the number of guests is more than 10, the second living room will be used as a bedroom with a queen bed.

The bungalow offers multiple locations for guest to hang out in large or smaller groups. The bungalow is located in a very safe area tucked away from the main road (NH185) with amazing views of the lake.
Guest access
The entire house will be yours. Occasionally, kitchen might be accessed by me, if I'm present in the premises.
Other things to note
Please note that we don't have a cook. Upon request, we source food from nearby cafeterias and restaurants.

Tea/coffee has to be prepared personally by you. Milk, tea/coffee powder will be provided.

In case, you are interested to cook, we have a full-fledged kitchen that you are welcome to use.

On arrival, please write the names and contact numbers of all the members of your group in the Guest Register Book. Afterwards, please send me a soft copy of IDs (Aadhar/Driving licence/passport) of each adult member to my phone.

After 7 pm, playing music or making loud noises outdoors are not allowed since it'll cause inconvenience to our neighbours. But you are free to do the same inside the house after closing the doors and windows.

Campfire and barbecue can be arranged upon request. We charge Rs. 900 for campfire and Rs. 300 for setting up the grill and hot charcoal

During your stay, please keep the house clean. Please don't use outdoor footwear inside the house. Use separate footwear inside. No food should be taken in the bedrooms.

Please note that the property is situated on a hilly terrain and gets a lot of rain throughout the year. The yard around the house is paved with limestones and there are many steps going up and down. So please be careful and watch your step when walking around because it can be slippery especially when it's wet.

Please use Hair Dryer ONLY inside the bathroom. Do not plug in Electric Kettle or such appliances in the bedroom. If you want to use an Electric Iron Box please ask us where to plug it in.

For hot water, simply turn on the lever of the mixer marked “hot” on the wall. It’ll take around 30 seconds for hot water to come. Once you finish bathing, please turn back both the levers in the upright position. Otherwise, the other bathrooms may not get hot water.
