Property was exactly as described and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Angie was a great host and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The neighborhood was cute and quiet and there is a wonderful market just around the corner with many options one might need in a pinch. Coffee, sandwiches, soups and homemade salads were all excellent. The property was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. Kitchens were well stocked with very good cooking equipment, dishes and utensils. Looking forward to staying here again. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great! The hosts were welcoming, the house was very nice and clean, and the home had all the necessary amenities - we didn’t have to leave to purchase anything! The Big Three car theme throughout the house was a great added touch! We will definitely stay here again! Totally enjoyed our stay!!

A great property that we've stayed at twice now. Clean and well kept, accurate description of everything. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants in near vicinity, as well as a small grocery just a block away. The kitchen has plenty of plates, utensils, and pots/pans, and there's a second kitchen with the same. Great spot for 7-8 people, plenty of space and a good layout. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Plenty of parking, can easily park 5 cars in the driveway.

We stayed here for a trip to Detroit. It was a great house to be at. Not far from the city, not directly in the city. Super cute, updated house with easy communication.

This is the best place to stay! We came into GP for a family wedding with our children and grandchildren and were so pleased to stay at 912 Nottingham. Plenty of room for 10 of us, comfortable, charmingly decorated with all the amenities. Plus the wonderful basement for our grandchildren(and the adults). Thank you, we'll be back!

Group of 7 guys who travel annually to a new city for a sporting event picked this house and we couldn't have done better. Incredible location, great space, everything updated and like new. Even better the owner was super responsive with every question / need we had. I would easily come back here to stay again if in the area. I couldn't think of one bad thing to say about our experience at this property for the weekend.

Multi-generation family vacation

We spent a week in Detroit with multiple family members and we were looking for a place big enough to be comfortable for everyone. This house was perfect as everyone had their own room and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location is excellent and easy to get to things around Detroit. The owners are excellent communicaors and promptly answered all our questions.

Annual Fishing Trip

We had a great time at this house. There are 9 beds in the house and there is ample space to spread out. The dining area flows directly into the sitting/living area making it perfect to have a conversation with someone in the dining room. The basement was also a great place to hang out with the pool table and racing games. We definitely had a great time here.

Wow!

This property is amazing, the attention to detail in every room is wonderful. The house is huge, a must stay for anyone visiting Detroit. We had 6 ladies on a girls trip, we each had our own room and with 4 bathrooms no one waited to get ready.
