The unit was clean and nice, and the property manager was easy to work with. The only disappointment was the disconnect in the indicated distance from the beach in the vrbo listing versus the actual walking distance.

Best Equipped Kitchen Ever
In 35 years of various State snowbird rental’s this is the first time we did not need to the go out & purchase or replace something that we regularly use for the kitchen. Even all the knives were sharp! This unit was spotless, all the furniture & appliances were high quality. Would definitely came back another year.

Overall we loved the place. It was clean, the place was cute, check in was easy and having the beach chairs and umbrella set up was one of the nicest features! The beach is a bit of a walk as you're on the far side of the complex but not having to carry the chairs made it worth it. The bedroom does run a little warmer than the rest of the condo which was a little rough at night and I would recommend bringing your own firestick/roku or something for the living room tv. The complex has so many amenities, and this place was very close to one of the pools and just a short walk to the pickleball/boccee courts. Would stay there again for sure!

This condo was located close to a pool, but to get to the beach, we took the car. I knew we had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available for use, but didn’t know we had to check-in at the beach to reserve them. That would have been helpful information! There’s a few suggestions I have for improvement that would make the stay better. The bedroom does not get very cool, so bring a fan! A ceiling fan in the bedroom would help keep it a little cooler. There’s no basic cooking materials provided—salt, pepper, sugar, flour. I’ve stayed in many places that provide those and it’s so nice to have. You can’t hang wet clothes/towels over the balcony railing, but there’s also no place provided to hang wet items. A few hooks on the outside wall would be helpful. A map of the property would have been nice to see. I would like to know where the other pools and hot tubs were, and what else was on the property we could have used. The dish drainer didn’t have a tray to sit on, so we had to use a towel. We weren’t going to run the dishwasher constantly, so we hand washed most of the time. There was a lot of cooking equipment available to use. Overall, we had a nice stay, enjoyed the area, and would stay there again.

Spring Break
This is a wonderful location for Spring Break with family or friends of any age. We enjoyed that it was so close to the beach with Sandpipers own gate entrance for vehicles and also a pedestrian entrance, as well as assistance with chairs and umbrellas while at the beach. This was very helpful so we did not have to carry our own chairs to the beach. My teens loved the 3 par golf course and tennis courts as well as having access to multiple pools in the park. Many fun activities to do in Destin for all ages! The unit itself was clean and comfortable for all of us. We would go back for sure!

Great place!
The best part of it all- they had soft water in the shower. Listen. That doesn’t sound like much but if you’re sunburnt, or you have long hair, or whatever. The soft water is so nice on your skin and hair. I’m grateful for that mostly. The complex is quiet although you do hear the street outside and it’s usually very noisy with cars and sirens. Nobody’s fault though. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had nice appliances. Overall it was great.

Quiet Condo for Relaxing Vacation
This was our first time to Destin and my wife and I really enjoyed this unit along with our two small dogs. It was very quiet and we loved getting up early to have coffee on the private balcony overlooking a pool and golf course. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The bed was king sized and we both slept well. The washer and drying in the unit was handy as we saw others having to use common laundry elsewhere. The pool is just a few steps away and was not busy during our week. We had a great week of weather and went to the beach daily. We’ve never had chair and umbrella service before so that was a huge bonus! It is about a ten minute walk to the beach through the complex. We figured out a short cut that helped and actually preferred the walk to drop a few calories:). There’s also a nice gym across the street from that I joined for the week to get in a daily workout. We had a terrific week and would definitely stay in this unit again!

Short notice get away. All residing details were arranged by vrbo with perfection. Condo was clean, well appointed with updated decor and appliances and all necessary comfort amenities. Balcony faced west with wonderful sunset view and mini golf course. Condo entry was 100 feet from hyw98. Some road noise, but visually private. Beach was minutes to walk. Sandpiper loves dogs. Secured location with constant vigilance by condo staff. I will be back!
