The holiday residence is situated along ‘Via Dolarici’, placing guests 5-8 minutes’ walk away from the beach and lakeside. Guests are also placed within a 10 minutes’ walk of the resort amenities and visitor attractions of town.

The famous resort town of Sirmione can be reached by car in 30 minutes’ drive away, whilst the top theme park attractions of Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark and Parco Nature Viva are all within a short 28-34 minutes’ drive away.

The tourist sights and attractions of Verona can easily be reached for day trips and evenings out, 34 minutes’ drive away. For those flying in, Verona Villafranca airport is the same driving distance away. Please note that the pool is open from the 5th of June 2025 to the 31st of October 2025
