« The rooms are spacious, comfortable. Hot water in bathrooms. Kitchens are equipped with all utensiles that you can cook your own meals ( this saves time to go out and money) can stay enjoying the pool. Area is private and quite. Walking distance to the beach if you like »

« Great property! Excellent for big groups. Everything is exactly as it's described. We found so many fun things to do in the area, but it was also hard to leave the house because we enjoyed the beach and relaxing there. We were there in the off season, so not really any waves on the beaches. But it made for amazing snorkeling and spearfishing. Beach in front of the property is clean, not very crowded, and sandy. You have to drive to Rincon for grocery stores, restaurants, etc, but it's only about...

« Our family loved our time at the R House! You can't get any closer to the water, just steps from the back yard. The location was really what sold us on choosing this spot. The shallow tidal pools were perfect for our youngest kid, while the older ones enjoyed snorkeling. Other places we explored around Rincon were just a short drive away. « Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot! »

« This was the perfect size condo for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and the comfy beds. It had pots and pans, silverware, plates, and 2 tvs. This condo felt very homey. It had coffee shops and downtown Rincon 10 minutes away. Local beaches and restaurants are a qround by car. Smaller cars work better on the island as many roads and parking are narrow. The owner was very responsive. »

The interior of the home was spacious and lots of decks and patios for everyone to find their favorite place to relax and enjoy the environment. The sunsets were gorgeous. One night we had supper out on the patio--in January! Our host was superb. We were able to visit many different venues from this central location. No matter the temperature - the breezes were so delicious. »

"Lots of mosquitoes, ants on the balcony (3rd floor), TV was blurry, no access to normal chanel or netflix, swimming pool is mostly for kids or drinkig in the pool,. Loud music from the Swimmingpool bar in the evening, and morning cleaning people make noise outside. "
