'Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. The room was clean, updated, very comfortable, and I was glad for the parking. I would definitely stay here again for any other trips to this part of town.'

'Loved it! Beautiful and well maintained. Helpful Staff, love the design!'

'Cute little area, close to downtown. Parking is close - do not risk parking on the road!'

'Very comfortable. Close to Mercy Hospital'

'I was happy that I reserved a room with a balcony but couldn’t have because they overbooked it. Then decided that comping the parking fees was an even trade that wasn’t the case. Also hotel staff wouldn’t give me coffee for the room and suggested I get it from the dispenser in the lobby. Other than that the stay was good.'

'Building in rooms were incredibly outdated and scratched in a little stained but the staff was phenomenal and wonderful humans.'

'Great location and helpful staff.'

'It was ok but our room was on the 8th floor and they wouldn’t turn the air on (our room air conditioner also fell off the wall..?) but our room was 80° because the heat rises. Staff gave us a box fan which helped a little bit we were still sweating in our room'

'Food was not good. Everywhere your food is the same with tacos'
