The kitchen with local stone and wood finishes gives a unique character to the environment. A magnificent wooden mezzanine conveys warmth and authenticity, while the stone finishes tell of history and tradition. From the two-room apartment, you have direct access to a wooden balcony and a large terrace with a panoramic view of the lake and mountains, ideal for relaxing and admiring the surrounding nature.

The space available to guests

This apartment is spread over two floors: as soon as you enter you have the feeling of being surrounded by the scent that the wooden walls give.

Continuing you will find the living room and kitchen flooded with warm and natural light that comes from the large French windows. Next to the living room we will find the spacious bathroom with all the necessary comforts, and on the upper floor a mezzanine which houses the bedroom entirely made of wood. The dining room also has a splendid balcony with a suggestive view that allows you to admire the surrounding nature. Continuing beyond the balcony, a magnificent terrace opens up, bordering the rock. It allows you to enjoy excellent dinners and lunches in the open air. It is equipped with deckchairs to fully enjoy the sun and the fresh breeze that comes up from the lake during the day and comes down from the neighboring chestnut and rubine woods in the morning and evening. Inside the structure there is a storage room for sports equipment and if necessary you will also find the possibility of charging e-bikes. For your car there will be private parking to guarantee your safety, and for those who are more environmentally conscious there will also be a column to recharge the cars, giving convenience to your travels.

Access for guests

Guests who stay in this two-room apartment inside the Chalet will have access to the entire second floor, balcony and terrace, laundry room, bike and sports equipment storage and private parking space. They will have access to the reserved spaces with automated opening devices for the main door and the other entrance doors which open with a code which is transmitted to the guest once they have checked in online and which remains valid for the entire duration of the stay. stay
