'Very cute little cottage. It is very clean, has all the comforts of home but away from home. We didn’t expect all the little extras that make our holiday perfect such as tea, coffee, milk and even biscuits!
There is everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook!
It is conveniently situated in the village with shops, pubs and restaurants.
Location is also near Monsal trail for walking and cycling along all the beautiful dales by the river Rye.

'Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were amazing, very professional, friendly and accommodating. The surroundings are fabulous and the rooms absolutely first rate. The food, both in the restaurant at night and for breakfast were absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back'

'An excellent property, very homely, cosy and welcoming. Would definitely return. Found laundry basket, spare mattress covers and oven gloves in main bedroom. Not a great problem at all, but think these items were inadvertently left at the changeover clean. But this is not an important criticism - the property was wonderful.'

'We have just returned home after a 2 week stay at Milford House which we highly recommend. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and everything we could have possibly needed was provided, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The house is in a convenient location, only a minute or two's walk from the centre of the village. A particular highlight was the bedroom in the roof and the sounds of the sheep and cows in the fields nearby! We enjoyed staying in Tideswell...

'Very comfortable cottage for our family stay, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were really cosy, lovely and clean everywhere. The village is gorgeous and the cottage is right at the centre of it, lots of options for food too. '
