Hôtel près de Depot Island (Chatan)

« Heel fijn personeel, leuke kamer met prima voorzieningen. Kamers kunnen gehorig zijn. We kregen gelijk een uur na binnenkomst de klacht dat er teveel werd gestampt door ons zoontje terwijl hij gewoon normaal liep. We hebben dit aangekaart omdat wij ook geluid hoorden van andere kamers boven en onder ons. Dit is toen als melding aan alle hotelgasten doorgegeven en daarna stopten de klachten. Goed opgelost en zeer attent opgevangen door het personeel »

« This was perfect. Close to everything but not a party hotel. Got club access and had a complimentary drink before dinner. Took advantage of the picturesque pool. Really lovely overall atmosphere. I will say the only disadvantage was trying to put on makeup in the morning was difficult because the lighting in the bathroom is for ambiance and not for getting ready. »

« Bel hôtel, bien situé, personnel très serviable. L’hôtel manque cependant de services, le bar sur le toit est anecdotique, le service peut être long et la qualité des plats moyenne. Si dans l’énsemble je peux comprendre que facturer la piscine une douzaine d’euros par jour permet de limiter l’accès en raison de la petite taille de celle-ci (et encore, ce n’est que mon hypothèse) je trouve cela parfaitement inadmissible. Sur une semaine, en couple avec un enfant, vous devrez rajouter un budget...

« Le condominium Rana à Chatan vient d'ouvrir en août 2017 donc nouvel hôtel. Le seul gros problème de cet hôtel est qu'il est très excentré. 15mn de marche de Sunset Beach et rien autour hormis un kfc et un family Mart. Néanmoins, il s'agit d'un appartement de luxe. Énorme balcon avec vue sur un port. Grande pièce spacieuse avec 2 coins de lumière. Grande salle de bain. Cuisine équipée. Un canapé, machine à laver même un aspirateur.. l'ensemble donne beaucoup d'indépendance et de confort. Pas de...

« Très bel hôtel en lui même (excellent rapport qualité/prix). En revanche un peu loin de toutes commodités (plages, restaurants) et on s’y sent un peu seul. Les plages à beignade les plus proches sont à environ 20 mins en bus plus marche. Si vous voulez passer votre séjour à contempler le style plutôt très flatteur de votre chambre (mix japonais et européen) alors c’est parfait sinon préférez un hôtel près du village américain (au cas où vous restez à Chatan) »

« From the moment you walk in to the self checkout you are greeted with calming music and a nice aromatherapy. The decor is amazing and the room was so spacious. It is just a short 5 minute all to the beach and American Village. My only complaint is it can get a little noisy outside at night. The check-in check out process is smooth and easy. My friends had a minor issue and it was resolved very quickly »
