The primary bedroom includes a king bed and Smart TV, while the second features a plush queen bed. If you need additional sleeping space, the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for extra guests.

Whether you’re beachcombing, soaking in the hot tub, reading your favorite book, or exploring the nearby coastal attractions, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. For larger groups, consider booking Whale’s Tale, the upper-level home that accommodates up to eight guests, allowing both units to host 14 in total. For smaller parties needing extra space, Glimmering Sands, a neighboring oceanfront condo, also sleeps 4–6 and mirrors the inviting layout and features of Wave Watcher.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **



This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.



*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community. Please be aware that you will need to navigate stairs to arrive at the front door.
