Please note that the fireplace is currently unavailable for guest use.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with ease, from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. Start your mornings with the drip coffee maker, complete with a generous supply of complimentary coffee.


SECURITY CAMERAS: There are three exterior security cameras located to the left of the garage door and to the right of the front door (doorbell camera), these cameras monitor the exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
