The property offers a living-dining room with panoramic views of the pool and terrace with satellite TV and air conditioning and a corner with a large sofa to rest in front of the fireplace.



The American kitchen is at the entrance of the house and contains all amenities such as gas cooker, oven, American fridge, microwave and a bar with 4 stools.



The chalet consists of 1 double bedroom with air conditioning with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a second bedroom with a 1.80cm bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. And lastly a third double bedroom with air conditioning next to a bathroom with shower in the hallway.



The fourth bedroom is located in the attic where it also has air conditioning.



In the basement we find the washing machine and dryer.



The house has central heating for the coldest months.



There is a covered parking with capacity for one car although more vehicles could be parked in front of the house due to it being a quiet street with no traffic.



Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The beach is 4.5km away, the city centre 4km, nearest supermarkets just 3.5km and restaurants 2.4km.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to agency conditions.
