Comfortable townhouse for 6 people, completely renovated and brand new, in a pleasant and quiet urbanization with direct access to the garden and the communal pool \"LAS RANAS\" in Les Marines, Denia.



Distributed over two floors with a living-dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen and air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a private outdoor terrace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, terraces, and views of the sea and Montgo. A spacious full bathroom with a shower completes the upper floor. The property has brand new furniture and amenities such as WIFI, SMART TV with SAT, powerful fans in all rooms, and private parking.



Location: 7 km from the center of Denia and 300m from the beach.



The Surroundings:

The accommodation is located in the well-maintained and quiet \"Residencial Las Ranas.\" It is a family-friendly and tranquil area in the Els Molins Beach region. The residential area features large communal gardens and a swimming pool. It offers beautiful views of Montgo and Segaria.



The town of Denia, with all its services, is just 7 km away. The Dels Molins Beach is a stone\'s throw from the accommodation. There is a supermarket 200 meters away with extensive shopping hours. Denia is situated four hours by car from Madrid and an hour from Valencia and Alicante, on the Costa del Mar Mediterráneo. The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia, which are an hour away on the AP7 highway. From the AP7, take Exit 62 towards Ondara/Denia/Javea, heading to Denia. From Denia, take the Las Marinas road to Km 3.5.



Activities and Attractions:

The sun and the sea naturally offer countless opportunities for leisure, relaxation, or activity. Activities range from doing nothing to golf, swimming, sailing, boat trips, horseback riding, hiking, going out for drinks, seeing photography and painting exhibitions, listening to live music, savoring excellent and varied cuisine, cycling, renting jet skis, relaxing, self-care, reading while listening to the waves, watching the sunrise in Denia, buying freshly caught fish at the fish market, watching your loved ones swim in the pool from the terrace.

Daily excursions to Ibiza, with a round trip on the same day. Tourist route excursions with the \"trenet\" that runs through the marina, Marineta Casiana, a trip to the castle, etc. Castle of Denia and museum. Gastronomic route on Loreto Street, famous for its typical local tapas. Very close to our accommodation, you will find bike rentals, jet skis, kayaks, diving equipment, next to the marina. A few kilometers away, you will find horse riding centers, golf, go-kart track, surf school, drive-in cinema, and the multitude of services and activities that Denia offers.
