'We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". 'The hostess and host are so welcoming they make this pension an amazing place to stay, the hostess was always present whenever we needed anything and made sure everyone at dinner was happy and had a good day, the host gave us great recommendations for walks/hikes to do in the Tatras.
