Two putting greens — unique in the portfolio and unique in downtown Delray — sit alongside a heated pool, a tiki hut with full bar, seating, dining table, and Smart TV, cornhole, and oversized Connect Four. The marble patio is private, fully fenced, and catches full sun all day. String lights and the tiki hut glow make the evening feel completely different from the afternoon.

A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included.

Inside the Home

The interior is charming, beachy, and thoughtfully designed — guests describe it as a tiki cottage that feels immediately like home. LED mirrors in the bathrooms, beautiful art on the walls, a large leather sectional, and details throughout that guests say stop them in their tracks. One guest said they were in awe with every turn.

The kitchen is fully stocked — quality cookware, coffee setup, dining table for six, kitchen bar for casual meals, and everything needed for real group cooking. Travel crib and high chair available for families with young children.

Every bedroom has a 55" Smart TV with Roku. Beds are made with premium mattresses and linens.

The games selection throughout the house is extensive — one guest called it an insane amount of games. The tiki hut Smart TV has been used for sports, movies, and game nights. The decor is specifically beachy and charming — guests call it out independently.

Geoffrey booked for Spring Training Mets games and walked to Atlantic Ave easily. The FreeBee made the whole trip car-free for multiple groups. The neighborhood is vibrant and downtown — lively, diverse, and close to everything. Most guests love the energy. A car or Uber is available if you prefer.

A Note on the Property

This is a three-bedroom home that sleeps up to 8 using the trundle beds. The layout is cozy and designed for groups who plan to spend most of their time outside. The backyard consistently exceeds expectations — multiple guests have said it looks bigger and better in person than the photos.

Getting Around

The FreeBee electric shuttle picks up right at the front door — free rides to Atlantic Ave and the surrounding Delray area. Atlantic Ave is also walkable — about a 10 minute walk or 2-minute drive. The beach is 1.25 miles. Boca Raton is 10 minutes south. Fort Lauderdale is 25 minutes south.
