'Great staff and service, rooms and elevator could use a little bit of maintenance (toilets, ice machines) and the elevator sounded like it needed maintenance which was our main concern but other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful, the property has great parking, excellent place overall. 'Prima hotel met ontbijt buffet iets wat je nauwelijks tegen komt. Scheelt toch elke dag ongeveer 50 a 60 dollar met 5 personen en dat 12 dagen lang. Ik overweegt serieus om dit hotel volgende keer weer te boeken en niet holiday inn highlandbeach.'

'Pool was dirty. Bleach stains on 3rd floor at elevator. Air conditioning was not functioning properly and offline. We were advised the property would be going under construction in the near future. Hotel needs renovation.'

'Het is een unieke locatie , alsof je in de jungle verblijft maar dan wel met het centrum om de hoek . Jammer was wel dat toen wij aankwamen ze met een soort drilboor op benzine , bezig waren om het tuinpad te vernieuwen en de dag erna de enorme tuin met een bladblazer te lijf gingen ! De rust was toen ver te zoeken ! Het restaurant is uitstekend maar wel prijzig , en het ontbijt is prima als je van zoetigheid houdt !'
