This spacious 1900 Sq Ft private home is family friendly located in a quiet neighborhood is an easy bike ride to downtown Atlantic Avenue as well as the Delray Beach off of A1A.

Home has lovely screened porch with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

Living room has comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen TV. A variety of reading material, puzzles and games available. WiFi is available in the house.

Beautiful kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook with plenty of space. Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. The kitchen opens up through a bar that seats 4 to a beautiful dinning room with table that can seat 10. The dinning room opens up with double french doors to the back patio and lush backyard and large pool. Outdoor sectional provides a lovely seating area with large umbrella for shade. Outdoor dinning table has seating for 6 and pool shed has pool and beach toys. Landscape in beautiful lush yard is mature and ensures privacy.

Master bedroom opens onto back patio with french doors. Room is beautifully appointed with King size bed, large closet, sitting area and flat screen TV. Attached Master bath has a spa feel with a beautiful walk-in shower with seamless glass shower door and fantastic shower head.

Second bedroom has very comfortable Queen bed and large desk if you need some work space. Third bedroom also has a Queen bed and is very serene. Second full bathroom has been remodeled and is all white with a shower and tub .

There are bikes available (2 adult and 1 little kids) for use along with a 2 person kayak, and a surfboard.

"Freebie" is a wonderful free taxi service (just tip them) in the downtown area. They will pick you up at the house and drop you off downtown or at the beach (or anywhere else in their service area). Uber is also available for longer distances. There are fantastic restaurants, shops and things to see and do downtown Delray Beach.

This is a great house for a family, multiple couples, or a couple who might have friends or family come to stay with them.
