« The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). « Great location, size and amenities. Due to narrow staircase, it is extremely difficult to get your luggage up. Beds are single and due to flooring, hard to keep together in a double bed configuration. Street noise is substantial in one of the sleeping rooms. « The appartment is big enough with everything needed. They have to fix their alarms as they rang twice in three days and one for more than 30 minutes. If one appartment has an alarm they all have... It is also quite noisy the wall are thin. It depends of your neighboors... but we have no option if the neighboor listen to television and talks loud late at night... they should have a way to join somebody if there are peoblems during the evening. »

"l hotel est trÚs bien , meme si notre chambre donnait sur un mur aveugle au 1 er etage - En revanche le petit déjeuner n 'est pas a la hauteur du prix demandé. Jus pas frais, viennoiseries industrielles, pain industriel, choix limité. Cela ressemble plus a une mauvaise cantine et n 'est pas cohérent avec le standing de l hotel ."
