The place is 100 years old at least but the interior has been remodeled and is modern in all areas with central heat, AC, a very modern kitchen, combo washer/dryer and all sorts of amenities. 'This stay was okay but not as expected as compared to other Airbnb accommodations. It was chosen due to the number of bedrooms for a family gathering. There was ample space, however with so many things amiss this stay was challenging. We will not be back. First off, when we arrived it was a hot day and management did not set ac at a minimum so it was too hot in the house and took hours to make it comfortable. There was also a broken door jam so a bedroom door would not close. How could this be...

'The location was awesome, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and everything from the college campus to Philly airport and sites were only a 10-20 minute drive. The house has so much character with original stained glass and built ins. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs provided ample space for everyone to be cozy and shower in a timely manner. The only two downsides were: 1. The driveway, which has tons of space for parking once you get up to the house, but the hedges are over grown on one side...
