'Absolutely thrilled with my stay at The Archway. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings, spacious open floor plan. Numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled. Pet friendly..brought our Ragdoll cat. The management was excellent! They were easily accessible via text and responded quickly. Would 100 %...

'I enjoyed my stay, I do feel that the check in could be a little easier to do. Only because I booked via Expedia it made it more difficult for me because I was using my individual email and was supposed to use the email Expedia provided. Also the place could really use a deep cleaning. Baseboards were full of dust and hair. Coach had pet hair on it, at one point I dropped my hat on the floor and picked it up to see nothing but white pet hair on it. So yes definitely maybe better cleaning people.'

'Very nice place. Clean and safe area to walk around. The luggage storage area is not large and fills up quickly from other guests, so you may want to request a later checkout.'

'Arrived in the evening to find two men arguing near the pool, almost ready to fight. Two other men were relieving themselves next to the BBQ in front of our unit. At 2:30 in the morning another group were outside of our room si going. The walls are incredibly thin. The room above use had children running and playing ball for three straight days. Guest Services actually said the couldn’t do anything. Place is not well managed. Would never recommend to anyone.'
