"Wij verbleven in een supermooie grote kamer, wel geen zeezicht. Kamer waren zeer netjes en personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt was super, veel keuze. Hotel was dicht gelegen bij het strand ideaal om een lange wandeling te doen op de promenade. "

"Halve liters bier bij het zwembad, sangria-drink wedstrijd, schreeuwende meidengroepjes. "

"Wij hebben een fijne verblijf gehad echter wel een aantal aandachtspunten die we liever van te voren hadden willen weten. Parkeren was een hel! Ik had het hotel speciaal geselecteerd omdat er een parkeerplaats aanwezig zou zijn. Helaas bestaat deze uit 7/8 parkeerplaatsen wat niet voldoende is en hele tijd ook vol was omgeving parkeren was ook drama heel vaak 30 min rondjes moeten rijden met de hoop dat iemand wegreed. Daarnaast zijn de liften heel traag zelfs de deur van de lift gaat enorm traag open. En als laatste verbeterpunt we hebben er 3 nachten verbleven en twee dagen moeten bellen en vragen om handdoeken die niet aanwezig waren. Voor de rest prima hotel heel mooi uitzicht en perfecte ligging! "

"Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"

"Prima hotel op een prachtige locatie. In begin was er een communicatie probleem met betrekking tot de kamer, maar deze werd snel verholpen door de manager en een compensatie aangeboden."

"We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you won't be bothered by this."
