'This place comes as advertised. MJ comes as advertised (she is fantastic) and we will be back almost every time we come to South Florida. If you are expecting breathtaking views from your room this is not for you but the views from the rooftop pool are incredible. Rooms are amazing. Easy to do laundry and throw trash. Private parking spot. Super close walk to a great beach, some nice waves and some great dining and shopping. Hidden gem for sure! '

'This was a fantastic property and an excellent host. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk in Deerfield Beach. The apartment was clean and had many amenities, including kitchen with lots of silverware and pots and pans, etc., as well as beach chairs and a small beach umbrella. There was a nice little balcony from which you can view the sunset. The intercoastal can be seen from the balcony. Apartment is spacious and the swimming pool is very nice. '

'The studio is well decorated and is even tho you can’t see the ocean from the unit there is a seating area right outside the door that does have a view. Right now there is construction going on next door which the owner had mentioned. If you are out and about during the day or spending the day on the beach then it’s not going to negatively affect your stay. '

'We had the perfect stay!! David was so communicative, beginning to end. We had a tiny, very resolvable issue with the A/C, which he had fixed within minutes. The condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. You also cannot beat this location. We enjoyed being steps from the beach, the pool (which was never crowded), walking to dinner every night, and enjoying a lot of time on the balcony. We will definitely be back. Thank you, David!! '

'The spot on the beach was perfect. Construction was noisy....but when you went to the beach you could not hear it. The road was closed for a day without notice to us, that was inconvenient. Small living area but perfect for 2. Everything worked, loved the beach chair's and umbrella's.We enjoyed our stay.'

'Stylish and quaint, this property did not disappoint. This was our 3rd trip to Floranada, the first in the particular condo. We loved it. …a little bit of a hassle with the key-code entry, but the Vacasa staff worked through it diligently. Otherwise, a near perfect stay for us. The condo was very clean, stylish, and had all the amenities for our day’s at the beach. We’ll be booking again soon !'

"Je suis arrivé pour 3 nuits a savoir que je suis deja venue dans cette hotel et j'ai même envoyer des amis Bref j'arrive a l'hôtel j'avais déjà solder cette hôtel au complet avant de partir quel fu ma surprises quand il me dise que non !! Je leurs montre mon recu j'avais même utiliser une nuits bonus donc sur de moi preuves a l'appui il me dise on verra demain Le lendemain sans rien me demander ni me faire signer ils mont prélever 410e sur ma visa !!! J'ai donc payé 730e pour 3 nuits Apres les avoir appeler la personne a l'accueil na pas la permissions de me remboursé mais prélever sûr ma carte sans autorisations oui !!!!! Je suis tellement déçue on économise pour partir et on se fait voler par des gens malhonnêtes l'affaire suis son court et j'irai jusqu'au bout honteux "

" Spacious, lots of tv channels, nice neighbourhood, refrigirator and microwave. --Advertising with breakfast, but they don't offer tea, juice or water. Only coffee. Breakfast is on request and then you get a paperbag with an apple and a muffin. No bread or whatsoever --The room had a dirty floor. -- Not enough soap bars. After asking twice we got some."
