'Extremely disappointing stay and I would not return or recommend this hotel. We stayed on the 11th floor with two young children and were never told at check-in that 1 of the 2 elevators was completely out of service. They simply placed a wet floor sign in front of it. Because only one elevator was working, wait times were often 30-45 minutes since it had to stop on nearly every floor. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. 'Room was clean. Could use some much needed improvements. The night staff were rude. People smoking cigarettes and marijuana on balconies which came into our room. Couple fighting in the room next door waking us up in the middle of the night. Went to call the front desk and phones are not working. Had to go down stairs to tell the staff at the front desk who was rude and said to calm down go back to our Room. Cops were called and showed up to remedy the situation. Website says there is a...

'The front desk staff weren’t the nicest, the housekeeping staff were very nice and willing to help. The room felt very wet and had a musty smell. You had to let the water run for five+ minutes in the shower to have any sort of warm water. It was decent for the price, but I would not stay again.'

'Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again.'
