« We’ve been coming to Davis for a long time but this was our first time staying in Black Bear. The Bear Lair was perfect for our stay. Clean, well decorated, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and plenty of firewood. The central location was great as we bounced between Dolly Sods, Timberline, White Grass and downtown Davis. Abby was super responsive and accommodating. We definitely plan to return. »

We are owners of a vacation rental management business at the Delaware beaches and were very impressed with every detail thought of in the cabins. The staff was friendly when we needed more supplies and the owner was available by phone if we had an issue. The only reason we called the office was asking to extend our stay. We can’t wait to come back! »
