• Primary Bedroom: 1 private bedroom with a bed that comfortably sleeps 2 guests
• Living Area: Pull-out sofa that sleeps 1–2 guests
• Lofts:
• Sleeping Loft: Set up for sleeping and accommodates 1-3 guests
• Storage Loft: Used for storage only and not intended for sleeping

• Additional convenience: Guests also have access to additional on-site bathrooms during their stay ( key card will be provided)

Guests have access to the pool, fitness center, golf cart, basketball court, pickleball court, laundry mat and on-site bathrooms.

Service Animals

We gladly welcome guests traveling with trained service animals in compliance with VRBO compliance and Florida law.

Please note:
• Service animals are not considered pets
• No pet ALLOWED (fees apply)


Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
• Service animals must remain under control at all times
• Animals must be housebroken
• Animals may not be left unattended in the unit
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused $250 -$1000

*Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), therapy animals, and pets do not qualify as service animals under ADA public access rules. ( once you book your stay, we must be notified that you will have 1 service animal and please provide photo)

Damage & Liability

Guests assume responsibility for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use. Applicable charges may range from $500 to $2,000, determined by the nature of the issue.

Keys Reminder
Please keep house keys with you at all times to ensure uninterrupted access.
