Water's Edge – Fun beach house on the canal, great for fisherman and beachgoers!

Water’s Edge is a beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom beach house with a private dock. It has lots of room inside and out for your family to enjoy. Each bedroom is very private, featuring King Beds on the south side and Queen Beds on the north side – see the Floor Plan in the picture section. The Great Room features an open floor plan where everyone can enjoy themselves. With table seating for 6 and 5 Stools at the Bar, all can enjoy dining on that fresh Gulf Seafood. The kitchen is huge, with everything needed for any style of Cuisine. You can boat, kayak or canoe right behind the house, while the family chef is grilling on the large canal-front patio.

The ground level features covered parking, a swing, a weber grill, a large picnic table and a bar/fish cleaning station. It also includes a locked closet for guest use, the grill is stored there as well. Private dock with plenty of room to dock your boat or fish. Offers easy boating access to the Bay and Gulf. Among the variety of fish caught from the dock include redfish, black drum, sheepshead, speckled and white trout, croaker, pinfish, whiting and ground mullet. Occasionally dolphins will come by.

With space for 2 vehicles under the house and another 4+ vehicles in front-there is plenty of parking for cars or boat trailers. The owner's boats and boat slip are not available for use. The canal seawall is for guest use and can have boats tied off there if you need it.

Water’s Edge has partial views of both the Gulf and Bay and is Only 2 Blocks to either – What a location!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
