Proche de la plage. Dans une zone assez boisĂ©e. Ce chalet est situĂ© derriĂšre une maison plus grande Ă  la mĂȘme adresse.
Il est situé sur l'ßle. Pas sur pilotis, donc seulement quelques marches d'escalier.
Vous pouvez aller Ă  la plage ou conduire Ă  une plage publique.
Il a un lit king size, une salle de bain, cuisine, salle Ă  manger, ouverte sur le salon.
Surface habitable a un canapé et une causeuse. Table à manger avec 4 chaises.
Vaisselle, linge de maison, serviettes tous fournis. Chauffage central / air. 2 télévisions, DVD, cafetiÚre, micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur, tout meublé
Il y a un barbecue au charbon de bois extérieur.

This rental is in desperate need of TLC. The sewage leak underneath the property provides a long-standing home for the mosquitoes. The many bugs that run rampant through this property start with various ants, water bugs, and an unknown critter that crawled on my leg waking me up in the middle of the night. I assume they come in and out underneath the front door, since it has no weatherstripping, you can see at least an inch of daylight. Which also causes the air conditioner to work overtime. The extra shower knobs, make it difficult for shorter individuals to take a shower without hitting their head. The cabinetry and refrigerator are full of expired products, you know leftovers from other renters. The first rule in hospitality- thoroughly clean and prepare after a guest checks out, so it appears fresh and unused for the next guest. We would call this type of rental a St. Louis special it’s livable but on the lowest scale, D.

Pet friendly cottage

Communication with host was excellent as was the check in and out process. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is beautiful with a magnolia tree, pine tree and wisteria in full bloom hanging over the fence (which is in need of repair—stated in listing). It was easy walking distance to the beach—approximately 0.5 miles to the middle beach parking lot and another 0.4 miles to the water’s edge. It is a quiet neighborhood. The floor had not been swept well prior to us arriving as there was dog hair (we did not have a dog) when I swept. The deck is wonderful even though the patio furniture is well worn but comfortable. We had planned to use the electric fire place on one of the cooler days but it had previously overheated and the plug was partially melted. The host immediately responded saying she would check it out after we left. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay on Dauphin Island

The cottage was very clean and comfortable as always! It’s close to everything on the island and perfect for a couple on a weekend or weeklong vacation. It’s a lovely property and Angela is wonderful as well!

Loved the inside of the cottage. Everything worked and and was clean. Kitchen fully stocked with what we needed. Loved we could bring our small dog. Outside was a little green and moldly - alot of leaves, but it was still winter. Didn't bother us. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach and stores. Perfect. Thank you.

Our week at Dauphin Island was a blast! Loved the cottage, it was perfect for my partner and I. It was very clean and sufficiently stocked with basic things we needed. I would recommend this cottage to anyone needing a place to stay on the island!

Great Little Cottage

This little place was conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. It's nothing fancy, but who wants to spend their time indoors wgen you're at beach. Very quienmt and loved it was pet friebdky. Would book again.

Quiet peaceful cottage

We had an enjoyable stay at this tiny cottage. The cottage had everything we needed for a perfect week stay at the beach. It was close to everything located on Dauphin Island. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe while staying there. Anything we needed for our stay was there. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a tranquil place to lay your head after a long day at the beach.

Great Cottage!

We loved the cottage! It was perfect for what we needed! It is located in a great spot close to the beaches and restaraunts. We were able to bring our dog and she loved it! They even provided doggie blankets! This was a perfect stay and we will come back in the future!

Not what I expected

I was pleasantly surprised by what the property owner supplied for us. The kitchen was well supplied including spices, dish soap and some condiments in the refrigerator. My biggest disappointment was the king size bed which was listed as a step up. We had to use a step to get on top of the bed and then crawl the rest of the way in. There is no space on either side of the bed to stand. I am 77 years old and to say that crawling into and out of the bed several times a night was quite an issue. I have had back surgeries and do not get around all that good. The crawl space access in the bedroom is falling apart and is in pieces. I kept waiting for it to fall when we were there. The bathroom size has been covered by several others. The only other reason I rated this so low is the face that the deck was not even swept or blown off. There were lots of pine cones and needles all over it. We used the outside water to try to clean some of it off, but we were not able to sit outside and enjoy the weather.
