« Nothing like a relaxing week on Perkins Pond. The property was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and well updated and had all of the accommodations we needed for a relaxing week. The host and property manager were very responsive. It was a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. Perfect location to kayak, float on a tube on Perkins Pond and close to great hiking and Lake Sunapee attractions. Good local restaurants and a fully furnished kitchen and outdoor grills for...

« The water was the draw for us and we enjoyed the views from which were available from just about every indoor location. The living space was fine for the 2 of us. We wondered, since there are beds for 6, how larger groups relax. There’s a picnic table with seating in an adjacent room but in the living room there’s only one couch that seats 3. Recognizing that there are high stools for the counter and a cushion, perhaps a comfortable armchair would be nice as additional seating. Just a thought.🙂 »

« Our family of 9 (ages ranging from 4 months to retirement age) stayed for 7 days to attend a family wedding. We appreciated there being a pack-and-play for our baby to sleep in as it was one thing we didn’t have to lug from home (although we forgot to bring a crib sheet for it and didn’t find one there). The house was well appointed and had a great layout for the family dynamic (one bedroom downstairs with the kitchen and family area) and rest upstairs. The kitchen had all necessities and more....

« Our recent stay was absolutely WONDERFUL. The property/house layout was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. We had plenty of space to eat, hang out and sleep without feeling on top of each other. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the boat everyday, and even fished! The fire pit down by the lake was the perfect spot to hang out at night. Tyler was a great host, and stayed in communication with us the entire week. If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ll be back for sure!! »

« I was in the neighborhood for a workshop. Initially I chose the property for its location near the workshop.The house and property was so beautiful. You have complete privacy so you can sit outside in your pjs and have coffee and relax. It had everything you need for your visit all in perfect running order.I would stay again if I ever come to the area again. »
