' The property has no microwave. Electricity is rationed. you’re only given 28 units of electricity after which you buy. This is outrageous . It was never communicated online or in the welcome information. We got there and found a dirty room with one towel and one pillow. The owner was surprised to see us and yet he had written to us through expedia to welcome us. The property have basics like slippers , tissue paper, soap, dish detergent and the owner is extremely rude. They also need to work...

'Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket. I send the owner a video to which they promised to send someone to fix it, but they never. There is also serious electrical metre problem at the property . We kept on recharging...

"We were with a group of 12. We booked 6 nights in total. We chose this hotel mainly for the swimming pool. We arrived and saw that the pool was empty and closed. We were not warned about this beforehand. We complained and we did not receive any compensation. The hotel offered to drive us to another swimming pool of another hotel 10 minutes away for 1 day. Just NOT OK!!! Booking 6 nights for this pool and not enjoying it at all. Also food was not good. Bathrooms were very old. Not happy at all. And received no compensation. We even asked for a late checkout and that was also not possible. "
