It consists of an upper main floor that has two full baths and three bedrooms, as well as a lower in-law's quarters that features two bedrooms, one full bath, its own separate kitchen, living room and covered patio with seating and a fire pit. This home is designed with high end luxurious furniture, nautical antiques and state of the art amenities (chefs kitchen with Thermador, Viking and high-end appliances). This home has a smart sound system Sonos, Alexa, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a smart TV in every room, and a smart lock system. Each King-sized bed can be split into two single beds allowing for a dynamic and versatile space suitable for a variety of parties.The festive outdoor deck is strung with lights, has ample seating, a hammock, and fire pit, perfect for cozy evening gatherings.

There are a range of activities to choose from like Yoga sessions at the park, whale watching, fishing charters, visits to Catalina, jet-ski, ocean sports, and bike rentals.
