Even if not new, the apartment is good, fresh, with a separate bedroom, a good Kitchen/living space. You can cook easily (hotplate, microwave). AIr con. A small terrasse (we were ground, they are bigger on first floor). Wifi is good. Very clean. Good welcoming. Check in/out very easy. A very quiet place. It is walking minutes from "Meta provence" and "Sequoia road" and 5 minutes...
