A loggia exit extends the living space outdoors, complemented by a covered balcony furnished with balcony furniture. The apartment includes 1 bedroom appointed with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom counts 1 shower and WC, completing the interior configuration.
