ID VERIFICATION (TRUVI)
For the safety of all our guests, we use Truvi for ID verification. You`ll receive a text or email from
Truvi before your check-in. It takes just a minute to complete, and your check-in instructions will
be sent once it`s done.

NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES
To help keep the home enjoyable for all guests, violations of the no-smoking or no-party policy
may result in additional cleaning fees, early termination of the reservation, removal from the
property without refund, and/or charges in accordance with Airbnb policies and AirCover for
Hosts.

PETS
No pets allowed. Service animals welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. If pets are brought, there will be an extra cleaning fee of $200

GOOD TO KNOW
AC is remote controlled and may cycle during your stay. A sound machine is included to provide
uninterrupted sleep.

If your preferred dates are unavailable or you`re traveling with a larger group, please check our
profile, we host other beautiful studios in the same building.

1. Smoking, vaping, and drugs

Smoking, vaping, weed, and any illegal substances are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. Violations result in a $500 fine plus any deep cleaning costs.

2. No parties or excessive noise

Parties are not permitted, including loud music or large gatherings. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. A party violation or substantiated neighbor noise complaint will result in a $1,000 fee plus potential early termination of your reservation with no refund.

3. No pets

We do not allow pets in our units at this time, including emotional support animals.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. If you`ll be traveling with a service animal, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the unit appropriately. An extra cleaning fee of $200 will be added for pets.

4. Building amenities & guest limit

You`ll have access to the gym, yoga studio, coworking spaces, phone rooms, and craft room throughout your stay. Please be courteous to other residents, especially in shared spaces.

Maximum 2 guests per apartment at building amenities at any time. No unregistered guests allowed on the property.

5. ID verification (Truvi)

For the safety of all our guests, we use Truvi for ID verification. You`ll receive a text or email from Truvi before your check-in. Verification must be completed before check-in instructions are released.

6. Cleaning expectations

Our cleaners thoroughly turn over the unit after every stay. The cleaning fee covers normal turnover, not excessive mess. Please pick up after yourself, leave only 1 bag of trash maximum, and the unit should be in roughly the condition you found it. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may incur an additional fee.

7. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in: 4:00 PM
Standard check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in (2:00 PM): $35, must be requested 24 hours in advance and subject to availability
Late check-out (12:00 PM): $35, must be requested 24 hours in advance and subject to availability


If you arrive early without notice, please wait until check-in time.

8. Inventory

Everything in the unit is inventoried. Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. Please message us if you need extra items.

9. Reporting issues

Any cleaning or maintenance issues should be reported within a reasonable time of arrival so we can resolve them quickly. We`d much rather fix something than have you frustrated for your entire stay.

10. Packages and mail

We do not accept packages or mail at the building during your stay. Please use a local FedEx, UPS, or Amazon Locker. We cannot retrieve packages delivered to the property.

11. Respectful communication

We treat every guest with kindness and ask for the same in return. Use of profanity, threats, or abusive language toward our team will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

12. Valid ID

You`re booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. ID verification via Truvi is required (see Rule 5).

13. Building security

For everyone`s safety, the building has a Ring doorbell at the main entrance. The unit uses keyless smart lock entry (Butterfly MX virtual key code). Tampering with security devices will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

14. Shoes

If you wear shoes inside, please make sure they are clean. This helps keep the unit beautiful for the next guest.

15. Drains

Please don`t wash hair or large debris down the drains. Use the bins provided. Clogged drains may incur a plumbing fee.

16. Leasing office

Please do not visit the building`s leasing office for any guest concerns. Message us directly and we can resolve most things faster than the building can.

17. Damage protection

Your reservation is covered by Airbnb`s AirCover for Hosts, which includes damage protection during your stay.
