Construction still ongoing throughout the complex, Grit on the floors in our room our feet were FILTHY. This property was reopened Toooooo soon. Hallways and elevators laden with paint chips and wallboard residue. If it was not for our wedding commitment there is no way that we would have stayed there.

No usb for charge cell phone and front desk does not have electricity plugs for this, had to walk in the dark to nearest gas station with a dead cell. When trying to shower, nothing but cold water that took approximately 10min to get warm water. Roaches in room, now I suffer a roach phobia, had to ask to get moved and was given a hard time. My rating is the result of the inconvenience to my stay.

It was pretty decent. Not one bad thing to say. The area was quiet but I did see prostitution around by Waffle House. Otherwise a good trip! Awesome stay!

The foreign lady that works at the front was very rude and vague. I tried to be civilized and professional while talking about the issue I had at the facility but I’ll never book here again. They can go to hell as long as their “policies”. Very unprofessional staff and y’all can do a lot better

My toilet wasn’t working and when I informed the clerk she told there was nothing that could be done and that if I moved rooms I would have to pay extra. No came to fix my toilet til Sunday morning after being there since Friday evening and no I’m not stretching the truth. There was roaches in the room that I complained about and was met with a “what you want me to do” This is a guaranteed no-no for a return stay…

The carpet in the room is so dirty and disgusting. It honestly looks like a crime scene on the floor. Paid for the night and checked out because the floors were so nasty and the entire room smelled like a pack of cigarettes even though we had a non smoking room. I called the front desk to ask if they could switch our room due to the extremely dirty floor and they said they didn’t have any more rooms for the night.

While traveling with 3 kids, they put us in a room with no tv. The phone didn’t work, stains on the carpet, didn’t even have coffee ready by 7 am. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable though.

1) They never said the property was under construction when we booked. 2) The room we got was on the 3rd floor with all the construction and no A/C. 3) The room we got was PreOccupied, someones stuff was in the room.4) When we got another room on 2nd floor the key didnt work, went back 2x before key worked. 5) Shower head was clogged and drippy with hardly no pressure and the towels were scratchy. when we asked for more towels, they said they were all the same and thats all they had. 6) The next evening after we got back from activities, our keys didnt work again. We went back 3x before key worked again...Over all, the worst experience at a hotel, with the worst customer service ever!! and They asked for $100 deposit which was not stated or required, when we booked room...

In my room, the AC unit didn't work, and I smelled gas coming from it, the Telephone didn't work, and I heard a banging from the Ice machine all night and it didn't have free breakfast.

Don’t waste your money. This place is gross and the staff is very rude. Expedia says breakfast included but they don’t serve breakfast. We weren’t given a time for breakfast when we checked in so we attempted to call from the phone in the room. It was broken and we couldn’t hear anything. When we used our cellphone to call and ask the lady at the front desk was very rude and loud stating she already told us over the phone the first time we called. She also hung up on us. I would not waste my time on this place. There’s better options and maybe their staff aren’t rude and stupid.
