Extreme disappointment. Nothing on the outside looked like anything in pics. We literally had to pull branches back to get into the house. While raining we got wet going into and out of house. House was nice and large but alll carpet in house had recently been cleaned and was soaking wet and had mildew smell throughout home. Kitchen was nice, big and clean. House flowed well, Really rented this home for the back yard and pool and was frustrated the moment I walked out the back door. Concrete was so slippery you could not hardly walk on it. Furniture was so mildewed and torn up you couldn’t sit on it without putting something on it to sit on. Pool was dirty on bottom, bushes overgrown and pool toys all over yard some with mildew on them. Grass had been mowed but not mowed under grill or outdoor chairs. Some fencing was broke allowing the dog to go through. Just very disappointing to have paid for family and friends to stay here and I had choose this home. Shocked at Vrbo for allowing this.

Beautiful Home

Gorgeous home, spacious, stocked with everything you could possibly need, kitchen had every pot n pan, spices ,cleaning supplies. Laundry room with detergent .Even has pet bowls Hot tub, was clean aswell as the pool. May need some updated patio furniture, patio furnture cushions were torn. But overall our stay was wonderful Ava was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if anything was needed. We will definitely book again. My grankids enjoyed it.

Great Potential

The house was in a good location, very clean, well-stocked, and the pool was very well maintained. We had an issue with the AC from day one. We stayed there in July, so it was pretty hot and the AC just couldn’t keep up. During the day (until the sun would set) it was around 80 degrees both upstairs and downstairs. We worked with management to fix the issue, but even with portable AC’s being provided, the house was around 78-79 degrees. We also had issues with several pieces of furniture being cheap and flimsy. We ended up putting the barstools off to the side because we feared they would break and didn’t want someone to get hurt. We also had a dining room chair collapse underneath an elderly adult. The communication was good when we had issues, but overall, the AC issue was a pretty big downfall. We were, however, told they were looking into upgrading it, but they must’ve known ahead of time there were issues because the portable AC units were already being stored in a locked upstairs closet. This being the case, we should’ve been informed ahead of time that there were issues and those units could’ve at least been set up on day one. That would’ve made our first night more comfortable. Overall, we would only stay there again if the AC was fixed and if some furniture issues were addressed.

We were in town for business but had our kids with us. So this house was fun for the kids. Pool wasn’t really usable but it was pretty chilly the day we were there anyway.

Great Property!

We were in town for a golf tournament and had a group of 6 boys with us, ranging from 15-18 years old. The location of house was great and quick to get everywhere we wanted to go. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own bed. Weather was too cool for pool but the hot tub was perfect. Host was very responsive with any questions or concerns.

Great for larger groups!!!!!

We stayed here on family vacation in October 2023. The house is well laid out for larger groups. The back yard is well suited for groups that bring a pet(s) as it is fenced in and has grassy areas on both sides of the pool. Although the pool water was a tad cool for swimming, my family really enjoyed the hot tub !!! The patio furniture is wonderful as well ...we spent a lot of time outside. We did have a couple of items to raise to the management when we arrived and most were addressed on time. Kitchen is well stocked and there were PLENTY of towels around the place. We took advantage of the washer/dryer to wash towels and swimwear almost every day. Living room and family room furniture is "configurable" and easily moveable which was good for accommodating our group. You will want to note that there are only 2.5 bathrooms which was challenging for a group our size, but we set schedules for using the full baths ... and assigned vanity drawers/shelves to people which made it easier and kept things better organized. Oh.... and the beds were SUPER comfortable !!!! :) All-in-all a beautiful property in a convenient location ... an enjoyable stay !!!!

Great Experience - We would definitely recommend this propery

Super Clean! Beds were brand new and very comfortable. The outdoor space was great with lots to do. We had one small issue with a propane tank which was handled promptly. Thanks for such a nice place to call home for a week!

Absolutely wonderful

We were looking for a home near our school while our house is being renovated, as well as a place to host our family Christmas event. This was completely perfect. Smooth entry and checkout. Very fast communication. SO much space and very modern, clean property. The kids lived in the hot tub (which is locked at 99 degrees), and we played pool and chatted on the big sofa. Loved the calm of our stay and hate to get back to the chaos of our home reno!
