Positief: Netheid
The room was nice but the walls were so thin. Through the connecting door I could hear everything my neighbors said and also outside as well.
I booked through Expedia and got an email the first day saying thanks for your stay. I called them because I had my stuff in the room with the do not disturb sign and my reservation was for two days.
When I called it went to a busy signal and then I was talking with someone who was doing other things and almost sounded like they were at home. Then she hung up on me and I had to call back. She had no explanation and didn’t really reassure me other than “you should be good.” It was not professional and stressful. I had my laptop in there and was afraid they would take my things.
