Service animals assisting a person with a disability are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and platform policies. Dogs must be housebroken, well-controlled, and supervised at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended at the property unless kenneled and quiet.

• Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for preventing damage to landscaping, furnishings, flooring, and outdoor areas.

Guests are fully responsible for any excessive cleaning, odors, stains, pet hair, flea treatment, damages, disturbances, or remediation costs associated with their dog during the stay.

Any dog creating safety concerns, aggressive behavior, sanitation issues, property damage, or excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund in accordance with platform policies and applicable law.
