'Loved the pool but not enough chairs to lay out during the day. More set up to party at night. Should be changed out. Food was great but room services had no salt or pepper for the eggs... rooms were spacious, clean & very comfortable. Loved the decor. 3 mile radius free transport needs some work, our driver did not know how to read a GPS. We gave directions. He was extremely nice. All together loved it and will be back. Would give it 4.5 '

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'The hotel is aging. The price was right on hotels.com. Parking was not great. Room was nice and clean. '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Hotel in Dallas near Galleria, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Location, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all exceptional! '

'Very nice place! Unique experience with it being a partial residential building but everyone was kind and it was easy to navigate. There is a separate elevator entrance for hotel guests, but there is a back entrance of the building that is close. Felt safe walking around, but it is a big city so be on your usual guard. '
