« We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very cute and nicely decorated. Place was kept clean. We were close to everything-a short grab ride to all downtown festivities. Only thing we found out was there was no AC in the rooms-but we really didn’t need it here. Weather was cool and can be a bit chilly in the evening so bring a sweater or light coat. »

« Overall not a bad stay. My biggest gripe, as an American, is they advertise air conditioning but there is none in the entire building. That was not great overall. Fortunately it wasn’t crazy hot at night since you're in the mountains. But it’s one of the main reasons I booked it. But it was quite cheap and a good budget hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. It’s also much further to the market than I expected. Plan on taking a Grab. But the Grab was only about 48k dong. So not terrible. »

"Notre séjour était vraiment génial. Nous avons réservé la chambre double supérieure en angle avec balcon pour 72e/nuit. La chambre et l’hôtel en général sont impeccables. On trouve qu’il mériterait largement de se trouver dans la catégorie des 4*. Le personnel est vraiment adorable! Les produits dans la chambre sont de qualité. Ils nous ont offert un sac très généreux de laundry gratuit (1/sejour). Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas pléthorique mais il était vraiment de qualité tous les jours et il valait vraiment le coup (artichaut à l’huile, fraises, saumon fumé et les incontournables soupes…). Nous avons loué une moto pour 200 000VND/jour. Nous avons aussi fait un soin des cheveux et massages du cou, de la nuque juste à côté de l’hôtel (c’est eux qui ont réservé pour nous car l’offre était affichée au bureau du Check-in) qui a duré 1h40 pour seulement 299 000 VND. Franchement je recommande vivement mais avec scooter pour pouvoir se balader."
