'This unit was used for a summer stay while interning at the University of Kentucky. Perfect location for anything to do with the UK or downtown Lexington. Very clean and well furnished with comfortable furniture. Nicely equipped kitchen with extras like a smoothie maker. Powerful AC units that kept up during a very hot summer stay! Communication was excellent. There was a small issue with a smoke detector and they came to fix it immediately, and left extra batteries just in case. A lovely...

'We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Stayed here for 10 days in March. The location is convenient for getting around Lexington and close to restaurants and UK. Despite being close to a busy highway, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Great parking.The Shawarma Lex truck next door is fantastic!'

'We had an incredible stay! We brought my parents, two adult children, and one teen. The main level was perfect for my parents and the rest of us stayed upstairs. The kids (adult and child) loved the game table! It got lots of use! It was a bit warm upstairs so we bought fans to help with that. The place was super clean and comfy!! '
