Over the years, the building was renovated and remodeled, and in 2001 it reopened as the Park Hyatt Mendoza. It still combines the charm and grandeur of the original architectural design with modern amenities and comfort. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers stunning views of the Andes. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome: your suitcases are taken from the taxi and neatly brought to your room. The rooms are spacious, the beds sleep wonderfully and the bathroom is truly exquisite. The breakfast is extensive, especially by Argentine standards. I was finally able to order an omelette, poched benedict or fried egg! The staff are super friendly and make sure you have everything you need! "
