'Excelente habitación y muy buena atención del staff! Una pena que por lo que cobrar de tasa para que se quede una mascota ni siquiera ofrecen una cama de mascota en la habitación.'

'Pontos positivos: estacionamento com manobrista, funcionários treinados e receptivos, limpeza dos quartos, café da manhã condizente com o padrão do hotel Ponto negativo: foi cobrada uma taxa sem aviso prévio de 50,00 porque uma das toalhas sujou de maquiagem. O hotel deveria disponibilizar lenços de papel no sanitário para evitar que isso ocorra. Achei estranho visto que me hospedei em vários hotéis no Brasil e no exterior e esse tipo de taxa nunca foi cobrada.'
